Before starting on your design, lets spend some time together. This can be used purely as a idea generator, to ask for suggestions, or the first step in Dream Designs creating a space you love.
During the consultation we we cover things like:

Design style and vision
Use for the space.. and more!
You will then receive a "Scope Of Project" from our Dream Designs team outlining protected time line and budget of project, as well as concept, ideas and design plan suggestions.
From there you can decide if you want to tackle the project alone or would like to partner with Dream Designs.

Virtual Design
To begin this virtual design process we will send you a LOVE YOUR SPACE questionnaire that will ask you all the appropriate questions for us to get started on your design. Once we have receive this questionnaire back we will schedule our virtual design consultation to talk through your vision, budget, and timeline for your project in more detail.

We will then start creating a story board based on the information we discussed during our consultation. Once completed this document will b sent via email as a PDF along with links and references to products and other helpful tips to complete your design.

Once your project is completed we would love to see images, notes, and testimonials on how your space turned out! We love to hear how much you LOVE YOUR SPACE!
Design to Sell or Stage
Allow us to make your home more sell-able by streamlining and de-cluttering, highlighting its best features, and creating an environment where the buyer can imagine themselves living. This could include more neutral paint, furniture layout, and other small design upgrade suggestions to make the selling process easier!

Have you recently renovated, finished a new construction project, planning a large holiday party or just want to update your surroundings? Alleviate the stress of shopping by allowing our Dream Designs team do it for you! We will work within your budget to research, select and purchase the finishing touches for your space. From window treatments  to furniture, holiday decorations and accessories, we will select the perfect items needed to LOVE YOUR SPACE.
Paint Selection Services
Every room or building has its own personality, and with a few touch ups and the right paint color, you can really make it stand out. But sometimes selecting the right tone of grey, blue, taupe etc can be overwhelming! Let Dream Designs visit your current space and provide new and updated color scheme suggestions.
